    Steps to Clean Your Mesh Filter:

    1. Remove the Clear Base: Carefully unscrew the clear base of the 100-micron filter without detaching the entire filter. Make sure the rubber gasket inside the filter housing stays in place to keep it watertight.
    2. Clean the Mesh Component: Thoroughly clean both the interior and exterior of the mesh component until it is free of any slime or debris.

    ⚠️ Important Note: The top of the mesh component has a ridge, while the bottom does not. Ensure correct reassembly to avoid damage.

  3. Changing Water

    ****Frequency: Every 3-4 weeks

    Follow these steps to change your water:

    1. Turn Off the Chiller: Switch off the chiller using the power button.
    2. Close Valves and Detach Hoses: Close the valves connected to the tub and detach the hoses.

    Note: Ensure the hose remains submerged in water and unobstructed to avoid malfunction.

    1. Position the Water IN (PUSH) Hose: Direct the Water IN (PUSH) hose towards your drainage point, using extensions if necessary.
    2. Place the Water OUT (PULL) Hose: Insert the Water OUT (PULL) hose into the tub.
    3. Turn On the Chiller: Switch the chiller back on to begin draining water from the tub.

    ⚠️ Warning: Keep the hose submerged and unobstructed to prevent malfunctions.

    1. Complete Draining: Once the tub is drained, turn off the chiller.
    2. Empty Remaining Water: Tip the tub to remove any remaining water.
    3. Wipe Down the Tub: Use a cloth to clean and dry the tub.

    Follow these steps to efficiently and safely change the water in your tub.

  4. Tub Takedown

    If the water has not been drained from your tub, follow the steps in the Water Change section first.

    1. Deflate and Fold: Use a double-action pump with the attachment set to "Deflate."

    ⚠️ Warning: Avoid placing weight on the inlets while folding.

    Begin by folding the long sides of the tub, then the shorter sides, and lastly the inlet face.

    1. Position the Pump: Place the deflation pump in the center of the deflated tub.
    2. Roll Up the Tub: Roll the tub with the pump in the middle and secure it with a D-ring cloth strap.
  5. Quarterly Maintenance

    Perform these steps quarterly to maintain your tub and chiller:

    1. Drain the tub and disconnect it from the chiller.

    2. Prepare a bucket of warm soapy water.

    3. Gently scrub the inside and outside of the tub with a soft sponge brush and soapy water.

    4. Run soapy water through the hoses and rinse with clean water.

    5. Allow the tub and hoses to air dry completely. Avoid harsh scrubbing to prevent damage.

    6. Check the air pressure; refill to 10 PSI if necessary.

    7. Inspect for mildew; clean as needed.

      If significant mildew is present, place the tub on breathable material to help it dry.

    8. Refill with clean water and follow the filter cleaning steps.
