Chiller Won't Turn On

• Verify the chiller is plugged into an active power source.
• Reset the power plug by pressing the 'RESET' button on the breaker.
• Ensure the power switch is in the 'On' position.
• Check and replace the fuse with a 15A fuse if necessary.

Leaking Hose Connections

• Tighten all connections.
• Ensure gaskets are intact and undamaged.

O2 Error Message

• Filter Cleaning: Clean the mesh filter with a soft sponge. Replace the micron filter if needed.
• Check for Air Leaks: Ensure all parts are tightened. Tighten hose connections and elbow connectors with a wrench. Check for missing gaskets/o-rings in hose ends, mesh filter cup, and filter cartridge.
• Clog Check: Inspect hose connections for clogs and clear any obstructions. Check the valve inside the chiller.
• Vacuum Seal: Listen for a rattling sound from the chiller, which may indicate a broken vacuum seal. Contact support for a replacement part.
