Eligibility Criteria: Items must be unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging. All accessories and components must be included. Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe delivery of the item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item for eligibility, we will process the refund. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons. Customized or personalized products are also not eligible for return.
